∙ 14y agoIf they are on the underhood of your penis, the top part which is most sensitive, and they are really tiny bumpbs, the size of the head of a needle, then it is because you are masturbating to much. This is extremely common and is from the skin being irritated from too much friction/contact. Try to cut down the amount of masturbation and you should see a decrease in the number of bumps.
