Instead of making a whole meal, make several small appetizers. Most kids never actually finish an entire sandwich. A small bun with mayo, lettuce, tomato, cheese and meat is always better than an entire sub. Kids like drinks that come in cans or bottles better than in boxes. Yoohoo, Arizona Iced Tea, Gatorade, Soft Drinks. Also pack things like cookies, chips and other snacks. My personal favorite lunch is a small bun with pesto on each side. Then layer tomato, lettuce and mozzarella cheese. Add an Arizona Iced Tea, some apple slices with peanut butter to dip them in, a bag of Doritos chips and package of Twizzlers and you're good to go!

∙ 12y agoWell, I would say something healthy like a sandwich with some chips, or a pickle, maybe a little sugar like a cookie for a brownie. Eating healthy is good, I think everyone knows that. What I'm trying to say is, eating healthy is good for you so you wont get sick early.
