I'm not quite sure of the specific factors in a park, but in a meadow, the factors could be wind, temperature, amount of water, soil, rocks, amount of oxygen/carbon dioxide, UV radiation, frost, sunlight, and anything else non-living found in a meadow. Many of these factors could also be present in a city park, such as oxygen and soil. The pollution in the soil or the air could sufficiently effect living organisms.

Abiotic factors in a urban ecosysten:soil, water, air, climate, and topography.

Biotic factors in a urban ecosysten:plants, animals, humans and other forms of life.

In an urban ecosystem, humans influence ecological factors (plants, air, soil, animals), AND human decisions (where and how to build houses, parks, highways, schools) are influenced by ecological factors.
