I think some good achievements that I use are whether or not you obtained any type of certificate for attendance or if you ever got employee of the month/year. I don't have that many achievements, but it works for me. Another thing you can use would be awards or certificates from school, whether its high school or college it doesn't really matter. Those would work great.

However, it is one of the most difficult things to mention. The best way to do so is thinking like an employer. Always mention those accomplishments that the employer can relate with the job opening. To cut short, your accomplishments should provide information about your capabilities to meet the deadline, mention any project work to showcase your managerial skills, and highlight project roles, if any. Break these achievements into awards and activities to present information in an appropriate manner.
