they have no enemies that are known to man, if any one should harm one the whole countrywould come after them!

Giant Pandas are large animals that are capable of fighting, biting, clawing and overpowering any animal who dares challenge them. Their size is of enormous help in any confrontation. Aside from humans, most animals would not represent a problem to Giant Pandas.

Sadly the magnificant Giant Panda can not really defend itself. It has no useful survival traits whatsoever and is extremely unlikely to win when opposed by a predator.

What's even more saddening is that all variations of Panda's are prone to extinction.

Predators are not a problem for the adult giant panda as the panda is the largest animal in its habitat and has no predators. Young pandas are occasionally taken by jackals and snow leopards, however.
