There are a number of books that would fall into the category of "Anne Frank books".
First and foremost is her diary. Then there is the Critical Edition of her diary which contains all three versions (her first, her own re-write, and the combination of the two), along with all her other writings (mostly short stories), and the full research done on the authenticity of her diary. There are at least two biographies of Anne herself: "Anne Frank - the biography" by Melissa Muller, and "Roses from the Earth" by Carol Ann Lee. Neither is perfect, but both are very good. The autobiography of Miep Gies "Anne Frank Remembered" adds much insight into Anne herself. It was written by Miep Gies with Allison Leslie Gold. And there are others.

It would be hard to say it specifically inspired any other book, other than some very good biographies of Anne herself - it is a diary, after all, many people throughout history have kept and do keep diaries. It's primary inspiration, in my opinion, was to inspire many holocaust survivors to write down their own experiences, invaluable information that can be kept for future generations to study.
