What are some characteristics of Hopi Kachina sculpture?

kachina's are a representation of a spirit of life representing the things in the natural world like water,food,reproduction ,wind ,etc...
they are not worshipped but for to remember the spirit of life is in all things.
they are all hand carved from cotton wood roots and painted by hans as well
every one has a flaw built into it as not to offent the spirit
