You should always start with the beginning of the game!
- First-In order to do this cheat you have to have a second gameboy,something to connect both of them,and another game (sapphire,emerald,etc..)
- Second-In the beginning of the game,help Professor and take any random Pokemon he gives.Battle with the Pokemon and win.
- Third-When he gives you that Pokemon after you win go to Oldale town after he talks to you and blah blah.
- Fourth-Once in Oldale go to the PC and trade that Pokemon with another Pokemon.Make sure the other person trades you a Pokemon they don't want!
- Fifth-Restart the game and battle that Pokemon attacking professor again.This time select another Pokemon than before.
- Sixth-If you keep doing this than the other game will have all three Pokemon you could have started with.
- Last-When you are done,re-do the game and play it and trade back those other Pokemon you traded in the beginning of the game.
More information:
In Pokemon Emerald you can clone any Pokemon except genderless Pokemon and Rayquaza, Groundon and Kyogre by going to the Pokemon day care place just outside Mauville and putting Ditto and the Pokemon you want to breed in (they have to be opposite sex).
After a while talk to the man outside and he will tell you they have found an egg. Take it off him (you will need a space in your Pokemon bag) and then get the mach bike from the bike man on the other side of town (Rydel) for free.
Then get onto your bike and ride from side to side from Mauville Beach to Verdanturf Town and back again for a while (you may have to do this many times) and eventually you will get a notice saying an egg is hatching. You will get the lowest evolution stage Pokemon from the evolution string of the Pokemon you put in with ditto. Train them up and you could have a full 6 Pokemon bag spaces full of Sceptiles, Blaizekens or Marshstomps.
Trade with your friends to breed a different starter Pokemon an then trade back. You could be the strongest Pokemon master that ever lived!

∙ 7y agoUmbreon and Espion: get Evee and (breed it if u want both) get Evee's happiness to full. then trade to ruby , sapphire and level up in the night or day depending on which Pokemon you want.
Get the two gems: the ruby is on one island. go to Mt Ember, walk up the stairs then turn left there should be two team rocket goons. Beat then and follow the cave to the ruby.
You go on the Pokemon website and you will see cheats and boom your got cheats or you could just go to some cheatcode. You enter them into a GameShark. The game shark will temporarily change the game's codes to give the desired effect.
