A common (Western society) answer might be "bugs, worms or brains." That's one approach, but frankly, it's cultural. To some, the French appetite for frogs' legs is repulsive. There are people in the U.S. that eat cow brains as a delicacy. Insects are the means of survival in a lot of South American regions. I'm sure some of the natives there would gag over a Frozen Yogurt. Personally, I find the idea of garbage-eating scavenger shellfish repulsive. But lobster is a delicacy as well.

That said... I think that there are three more commonly "accepted" answers to this question: Human flesh, eaten by another human, is by definition pretty awful. Next, eating the refuse of another organism (let's leave honey alone for this discussion) is pretty nasty, and finally: eating a live animal while it's still thrashing.
