Bob Marley was a Rastafarian.

Rasta livity (lifestyle) is living how Jah intended, with nature. He did not eat pork, nor smoke tobacco or drink alcohol. Every morning, he would wake up at 5am, eat two pieces of fruit, and run on the beach or through the hills (or in the park, when The Wailers were on tour) then come back and have breakfast. Bob also smoked a lot of Herb. He used it spiritually however, not like the stereotype of a 'stoner.'

Bob also didn't sleep much. He thought over-sleeping was lazy and wasteful.
