Well if I were to become a teacher, I would employ several strategies to begin my study. my advice would be to host several different categories of teaching (group work, lectures, note taking, hands on learing, etc...) and document how well each of your students does during the given activity, and after learning how each of your students responds to each technique, you can then use what works best.
