The two allotropes are the diatomic form singlet oxygen and triatomic ozone. Other forms do exist at high pressure etc. An obvious difference is the number of atoms. Ozone is a dense blue gas which much more soluble than singlet, but it is unstable so has a half life of 12 hours in air. Both have similar oxidation powers. Ozone has a bond angle of 116.78 degrees whereas singlet has no bond angle.
