Evolution is not incorrect. Science believes that creatioism is wrong.
The theory of evolution has many criticisms but none have proven evolution wrong. For example, some people argue that the bacterial flagellum is 'irreducibly complex' and therefore can not have evolved, even though the evidence shows that it not only could have, but has.
Evolution, the change in allele frequency over time in a population of organisms, is a fact. Show evidence that this does not happen. I think you would find that very difficult to show since change in allele frequency is so easy to observe. Now, to show that the theory of evolution by natural selection is wrong, you must come up with a better explanation of evolution. So far no one has done that.
One model of evolution follows from simple to more complex forms as the life evolved. The other model states that in some cases the simplicity has resulted due to reduction. Both these models have sufficient examples to substantiate their view point.
There is only one central "theory of evolution", which is the theory of evolution by natural selection that Charles Darwin pioneered. There have been different theories in the past - such as Jean-baptise Lamarck's theory of acquired traits - but these lost their status of scientific theory when they were shown to be wrong.
Some important questions to ask about evolution include: How does natural selection work? What evidence supports the theory of evolution? How does genetic variation contribute to evolution? What role do environmental factors play in driving evolution? How does the fossil record provide insights into evolutionary history?
to dispute some one else's argument, to prove they are wrong
The point isn't to prove someone is wrong. Look into it. Some things they believe are true; some aren't. This is the case with many religions. Don't write it off as right or wrong just because that's what you were taught. Figure it out for yourself.

Science has no capacity to completely prove something... However these are some facts that make it likely to be true. - An extensive fossil record which completely conforms to predictions. - Observing evolution in action (such as the flu virus changing ever year, the HIV virus changing all the time, speciation in plants and animals in non-lab environments, lab experiments etc). - Paternity testing (the techniques used in paternity testing are also used to demonstrate how closely related different species are). - DNA (all organisms use the exact same code for proteins) - similarities in phylogeny (why do we share so many features with other organisms?) - similarities in DNA conform to the predictions made by evolution
A claim of value is when you make a judjement, express approval or disapproval, or attempt to prove that some action, belief, or condition is right or wrong.
Generally no. You would have to prove the state built the road wrong or was at fault in some way for your accident.
Again you prove you're ignorance of the Bible. He will never manifest himself through science, so it will never happen.
Money is a big motivator for people. Being able to prove people wrong is also something that people use to motivate them.

It is because maybe someone or some group would still like to investigate afterwards to possibly prove the acceptance wrong.
When a person, under oath, lies about easily verifiable facts, such as their name, age, birth certificate, etc.,perjury is relatively simple to prove through the use of birth certificates, school records. a driver's license, State Identification Card and the like. Now if the facts aren't easily verifiable, you will most likely need a witness or two, who are able provide verifiable, and irrefutable proof, that the person knowingly committed perjury, with the intent to deceive or cause some type of harm to another.
