You (and your friends if you want) need to retrieve a sample of a newly developed (virus/warhead etc.) you are working for a secret organisation that is trying to bring down this evil corporation that is bent on (world destruction/domination/etc.) Your main target has spies situated around your location, they are disguised as ordinary people, the only way you can tell who is an enemy, is by observing them. If they are constantly looking around, act suspiciously or are constantly on their phone they are a possible suspect. And so on. Hope this helped or at least inspired something. :)
