Some jobs that I took in the past, I took because I needed the money. In reality the job wasn't in my particular field but because of a shortage of jobs in my field of expertise, I often took jobs just because they paid well. It wasn't that I liked the jobs, it was the money that attracted me and when I got fed up, I left and went on to something else. Another, also correct answer, is that internal squabbling between co-workers drives employees away from an establishment. Hiring someone who is a natural peacemaker will help...
