That's a pretty vague question, but the simple answer is yes. With genetic engineering, scientists can alter the color, gender, size, organs, etc. of an animal. Some scientists believe that one day genetic engineering will put an end to genetic diseases. Another interesting theory is that it might allow scientists to reverse engineer dinosaurs, but that's just a theory. Hope that helped.
