Excusing assignments is one of those situations in which if you excuse one student from an assignment, where do you draw the line when other students ask to be excused? For that reason, as a general policy, once an assignment is given, no exceptions to being expected to turn it in should be given.
An exception to that policy might, and I emphasize MIGHT, be if a student was in a serious car accident and was unable to be in school or do the work for a couple of weeks. In that case, it might be kind to cut back on the assignments required in order for the student to catch up. Still, assignments are given for a reason, so even in that situation, a better solution might be to work with the student after school or work out providing a way to catch up that would not require excusing assignments.

Some teachers give a mathematics assignment for observing an interesting pattern in a cricket match. Students pick a pattern like the run scored in the first 20 overs or how many wickets taken. The assignment must typically be hand written.
An assignment may give you problems if you do not understand what the assignment asks you to do. An assignment without full instructions will put you at a disadvantage to complete.

Will, then you will either get an E,F, or a Z for the assignment. But, if it was the teachers fault you could either re-do the assignment or just get an excused because the teach threw it away.
You should tell your teachers you got it from the assignment, that you read ahead in your workbook, or that you looked it up in a dictionary. Or you can tell them you got it from this site.
You don't. Teachers have objectives to meet and part of that is homework that is given. One way or another you will get the assignment . Most write the homework on the white board. I had my students do a weekly agenda. No excuses for not knowing.
The importance of teachers traning
I encourage creativity in my classroom by providing open-ended assignments that allow students to explore their ideas in-depth, fostering a positive and supportive environment that values diverse perspectives, and incorporating hands-on activities and projects that challenge students to think outside the box.
Mine do _____ I'd say they don't because for every homework assignment YOU get, they get hundreds of grading it.
