Ironically enough, the word "Mean" is the same as "Signify"
Some words that contain the root word "onym" are synonym (meaning a word with a similar meaning), antonym (meaning a word with the opposite meaning), and homonym (meaning a word that sounds the same but has a different meaning).
Some examples of words that are pronounced the same but have different spelling and meaning are: "Flower" and "flour" "Meet" and "meat" "See" and "sea" "Two" and "to"
posess, own, hold,
"Has impacted positively" is jargon or 'corporate-speak'. "Has had a good effect" is a simpler and clearer way of conveying the same meaning.
Some examples of words that sound the same but have different meanings are "there," "their," and "they're"; "to," "two," and "too"; and "hear" and "here."
Some words that have the same meaning as "multiply" are increase, expand, and grow.
