are u looking for a lug bolt or nut cause the lug bolt cost like 2 bucks and the lug nut cost like 5 bucks
1. Disconnect the fuel lines. 2. Remove the bolt on the front right face of the engine block which is opposite (just forward of)the front (forward) fuel pump mounting bolt. 3. Replace this bolt with one that is 2 in. or longer and snug it down. This will hold the fuel pump pushrod in place. 4. Remove the fuel pump mounting bolts and remove the fuel pump. 5. Replace the fuel pump, replace the longer bolt on the front of the block with the original and connect the fuel lines.

1970 could have a 5 on 4.5 or a 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern measure from one cbolt enter to the next bolt center if distance 2 5/8 then 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern if distance 2 3/4 then 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern if distnace 3 then 5 on 5 bolt pattern if distance 3 1/4 then 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern hope this helps

After removing the pump, if part of the bolt is sticking out, you may be able to grab it with vice grip pliers. Using a penetrating oil is also a good idea. If you cant grab the bolt, you may try a device called an e-z out. You will have to drill a hole in the bolt of the proper size then insert the e-z out in the hole and turn it with a wrench to remove the bolt. as a last resort the bolt can be drilled out then new threads inserted in the engine by a device known as a helicoil. This may have to be done at a garage by a mechanic.
