Big Ears

When the Elephant flaps its ears, the Elephant will keep cool. at he big ears also help communication over long distances.

Tusks

Helps the Elephant dig and fight

Long Trunk

To pick up water and pour over to keep cool

Long Legs

To help balance the weight of the elephant's body, and large feet to spread out their weight over the surface area.

Their skin is grey and camouflaged.

A behavioural adaptation is that they swim to cool off and roll in mud, so when the mud dries and hardens, it keeps the flies and sun off their sensitive skin.
it has a very long trunk and is very tall and can reach high up into the trees to rip of branches
