Islam doesn't tolerate any form of bullying. The Prophet (SAW) has said: He who amongst you sees something evil should modify it with the help of his hand; and if he does not have enough strength to do it then he should do it with is tongue, and if he doesn't have enough strength to do it then he should (abhor it) from his heart and that is the least of faith.
