All of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies are rated PG-13. This is because of the amount of violence, suggested themes and disturbing pictures. PG-13 is the highest rating for a Disney movie.
All the Pirates installments so far have been rated PG-13 and I suspect them to continue with that rating seeing as it is a Disney movie. They have already been the first to have Disney put out a PG-13 movie i highly doubt that they would allow themselves to go to an R rating
