Disadvantage: Paper cuts could kill you. On paper, there is one major advantage. You can write or illustrate many things. You could also use it as a printing material to put the words from the computer to your paper. The disadvantege is that paper is from trees, and so we have to cut down trees so we could use paper. It could lead and increase deforestation. ;-(

6. It can need an index or archiving system to retrieve it if there is a lot of it;

8. It can get wet and doesn't last very long in the rain (except the waxed or plastic protected versions)
9. It can get worn and ripped if mistreated or handled a lot.
10. It can be difficult to maintain for long periods of time.
The advantages of paper is that it is used for writing and printing. It is also used for cleaning in the form of paper towels, tissues etc.

The advantages of using paper would be having a hard copy, being able to easily transport it. The disadvantages would be more trees cut down. More likely to become wasteful.
