its easyy all you have to do is go onto e-bay :)
There is no such thing as a lefty stick. In fact lucky for you if you're a lefty playing field hockey because your power hand gets all the power
That doesnt make any sence at all what so ever :L
It allows the player better control of their stick when dribbling, hitting, pushing, flicking and generally using their stick at all.
Well all you have to do is get a lump of wood and then cut it into the right shape. Then add a grip and you'r done.
Better manoeuvrability; dribbling, hitting and flicking are all easier with a smaller stick head.
A company called Dita sold them for a short time. They are now exceedingly rare because of their pointlessness; a stick with its flat face on the right (a left-handed stick) is not permitted at any level.
In field hockey, the ball is normally white, dimpled, made of hard plastic and around the size of a fist; most are hollow to achieve the correct weight. In ice hockey, a puck is used instead. It is normally black, smooth and made of hard solid rubber.
depending if you mean field or ice hockey or even street hockey depends if you are versing a ball or a puck but i will assume you mean field. A hockey stick, shin guards and the keepers gloves are all the objets allowed to legally make contact with the ball. naturally the ball will fly up a bit and hit bodies/head but actively if is just these and really should only be the stick.
It all depends on your height. The most common size is 35" for women over 5'0" to 5"5'.
All hockey sticks are right handed.
It's all in the players preference. My personal favorite stick is the new Princess T-14 range and they are very good sticks but many other people may say that another stick is the best. It's all in your preference.
