Once you get to a certain level in a career, it gives you 2 options on what way you would like to go in your career.

Yes. Press Ctrl-Shift-C, then type 'testingcheatsenabled true'. then shift-click the postbox and click on careers. Then you can become a rockstar (whatever you want). Rockstar or althlete is probably the best because you can sign peoples autographs.
