One very strong Characteristic of Globalisation is that large well heeled company's are constantly searching the globe for cheap labor markets. where they can produce goods at very low prices for resale in wealthy country's for high prices. Another is that employer responsibility to their workers is usually non existent in these places so its not unusual to see the use of child labor and extreme poverty in these places. On the other hand as these workers become wealthier and they do their conditions improve.
