Mega Man.EXE
By putting any GBA Mega Man Battle Network game into the GBA slot on your DS, you can unlock a sequence of events (after saving your game) where you can meet up with Mega Man.EXE.
BN Blaster
To get the BN (Battle Network) Blaster, put any Mega Man Battle Network GBA game into the GBA slot on your DS. Then head to the doghouse in Echo Ridge (in EM Wave form), where you will see a wave ball. Go up to it - someone will say some data was stolen. If you head to Vista Point and beat Jammer in the computer system and then head back to the wave ball you earlier found, Mega Man.EXE will take the data you retrieved and give you the BN Blaster in return.
Optional Bosses
There are three optional bosses in the game, listed below
Cancer - Talk to the red-headed boy in The Wave, and then fight him in the Amaken Foyer EM Road.
Thunder - Talk to the ghost after beating the game. Fight him in the City Dump EM Road.
Woods - Talk to him in front of the stage at Nancy’s, then fight him in the EM Road of the stage.
Card Traders
The Card Traders in the game have a set order for the cards they dispense, so giving them better cards will likely not affect the cards you get back from them. It’s a progression.

Kizamaro
To add Kizamaro to your Brother Band, do the following (after beating the main quest). Speak to him in Kodama Town, and then head to the gym at school. Head into the network via the Piano in the gym and talk to Jamminger within. You’ll begin a battle sequence that is many battles long, but upon winning, you can talk to Kizamaro again and add him to your Brother Band.

megaman x and megaman are different, check wikipedia or many of the other pages on the net
Megaman was a robot designed by Dr. Light to help out as his lab assistant. Called Rock, he became Rockman (in Japan, Megaman in the U.S.) when Dr. Wily created eight robots of his own and tried to take over the world with them, forcing Megaman to step in and stop him. Dr. Light also made Protoman, Megaman's brother, and Roll, his sister. Megaman has several incarnations such as Megaman Battlenetwork, where Megaman is a NetNavigator created by Dr. Hikari in an alternate universe where instead of robots, the Internet became prevalent. Megaman Zero worked along side Megaman X, they both share the same story line about reploids trying to take over the world and destroy humans. Megaman ZX is about a hundred years after Megaman Zero and X, which in turn were about a hundred years after the original Megaman. It's about the reploids who fought with Megaman Zero and X whose bodies turned to biometals, and the person who uses the biometal will have the power of that warrior. Megaman Starforce is a new series about a kid geo stelar who combines with the fmian omexis and becomes Megaman. They are coming out with Megaman ZX Advent and Megaman Starforce 2 Thunder Berserker, Green Shinobi, and Fire Dinosaur; the game has awesome graphics and a new twist. If you want to see it go to the link below. Megaman Legends depicts Megaman as a sort of treasure hunter for power sources who gets caught up in an interplanetary plot to destroy the Earth. Be warned: the link is in Japanese.

As of late 2008 Capcom has not announced any plans for MegaMan X9, however MegaMan 9 was released on all 3 next generation consoles at varying dates ranging from late September to early October 2008 as a downloadable title. The game was designed to mimic the classic Megaman titles found on the NES and Gameboy, with 8 bit style retro graphics and sound, and if there is a possibility of a new Megaman X game it could very well head in the same direction, being made to mimic the SNES series, or more likely the PSX games which marked the height of the Megaman X Saga. However, Keiji Inafune has been quoted in an interview stating that sales of Megaman X8 and the remake of Megaman X on the PSP, Maverick Hunter X, were met with poor sales in Japan and as a result they may not produce another game. That said, Megaman X8 and Maverick Hunter X still did reasonably well in other countries and with a little faith on Capcoms part could see production by a third party source overseas where the game still holds an audience as some other Japanese companies have done, such as Konami with the recent Silent Hill titles. Another thing to think about is the fact that Capcom has a long standing history of resurrecting old series years down the road, as seen numerous times with the Street Fighter series and even recently with Megaman 9, by introducing new and interesting features and style, or even by bringing back or rebalancing the old ones.
