Human age he is the youngest but if your talking Vampire age then it is neither hes sort of in the middle somewhere.

Actually that's wrong, Carlisle made Edward first then he changed Esme then Rosalie then Rosalie found Emmet and asked Carlisle to change him and then Alice and jasper joined.
