There are numerous biological differences between a human and a snake. This list is not exhaustive. 1) Homeostasis: Mammals, like humans, are "warm-blooded' creatures meaning that they can directly regulate body temperature. Reptiles, like snakes, are "cold-blooded" meaning that they require the sun to heat them or shade/water to cool them. 2) Limbs: Humans have limbs, snakes do not. 3) Senses: Humans have a stronger sense of sight and of hearing than snakes, who can only hear vibrations on the ground. Snakes have a much better sense of smell than humans and some can also sense heat emanating from warm objects. 4) Eating Habits: Humans tend to eat small portions sporadically during the day and feel very hungry without at least meal every twenty-four hours. In addition, human food has to be cut into pieces and chewed before swallowing and digesting. Snakes, on the other hand, swallow entire animals and slowly digest them over the course of a week before feeling hungry again. 5) Creativity and Intelligence: Humans are much more creative and intelligent than Snakes. As a result, Humans have civilization whereas snakes do not.
