It is actually possible to smoke nutmeg? Wow. There is probably no bad effects of smoking nutmeg.
According to Manswers , the T.V. show there are side affects, extreme headache, nausea , vomiting.
Well, I'm not saying that this is the only possible outcome, but here goes. When I ingested roughly two and a half tablespoons of ground nutmeg (mind you it had been in the drawer for who knows how long, and therefore may have lost its potency) I experienced nothing for awhile. After maybe two hours, I began feeling slightly giddy... to say in the least. It was kind of like smoking weed, but a little less extreme. My face got very warm, and so did my feet. People were commenting about how red I was. About five hours into the high, I began seeing colors very vividly, and things around me started looking like photographs and pop-up books, which is what commonly happens when I'm high. Throughout the day I could speak of nothing but my desire to be in the jungle. When I looked out the window, the trees made me think of the jungle and jungle musems. I could smell the jungle and sense the dampness. (After coming down, I had the same desires. They still make perfect sense, although I am not sure that they would had I not eaten all the nutmeg.) I came down around a day later, but was quite sluggish and peaceful in the few days afterwards.
Considered safe in recommended dosages. Overdose (1 to 3 nuts): thirst, nausea, feelings of urgency, hallucinations, sometimes shock and seizures and can result in death. And more . . .
It stops diarhea, it soothes tummies, it can help you sleep, Helps releive tooth pain, and it acts as a detox for your liver and kidneys.
Nutmeg is actually fairly toxic, but the amount of nutmeg that would need to be smoked makes dying from smoking it unlikely, especially since some of the active compounds are destroyed by heating. Smoking nutmeg is generally not advised, as the effects from nutmeg are usually undesirable and unpleasant.

Smoking nutmeg has similar side effects as eating it in large quantities (two tablespoons or more). The side effects vary from person to person, and some people don't experience any form of a high at all. Some people that do experience a high, don't like the feeling, and others prefer nutmeg over marijuana or LSD. Nutmeg has a chemical composition of myrista oil, Myristicin (which is chemically similar to the hallucinogenic, mescaline), and Elemicin (which is chemically similar to prescription antidepressants). Scientists believe that when these ingredients enter the body, they get converted to methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) a.k.a. by its street name, Ecstasy. It takes several hours for the side effects of nutmeg to fully kick in. The high has been described as being mild, like being drunk or buzzed on marijuana, to being an extreme dream like, almost LSD induced high. After taking it three or four times, it doesn't take as long for the high to kick in, and the high is more potent. Other side effects of nutmeg include dry mouth, thirst, vomiting, increased heartbeat, paranoia, and disillusion.
All bad effects you can imagine. What good effects you get when smoking? NONE.

No, there are no positive effects from smoking tobacco.
Yes, consuming excessive amounts of nutmeg can potentially be harmful and even fatal. Nutmeg contains a compound called myristicin, which in large doses can cause hallucinations, delirium, seizures, and heart problems. While nutmeg is commonly used as a spice in small amounts, ingesting large quantities for its psychoactive effects can lead to severe health complications. It's essential to use nutmeg responsibly and in moderation to avoid adverse effects.
