A junction box, also known as the AV node, is how electrical impulses in the heart are relayed to the ventricles. The ventricles help make the muscle contract and then pump the blood.
SA node.
The brain does not send "electrical pulses" to the heart. Electrical impulses are actually generated within the heart itself (in the SA node), which travel through several intricate pathways from the atria down to the ventricles.
Complete heart block is where the electrical impulses from the SA node of the heart cannot reach the ventricles along the normal pathway. Instead the atrial contract from the SA node singles and the ventricles contract from the ventricular cells
Depolarization of ventricles
neural impulses from the brain
SA node.
An abnormal, rapid heart rhythm, due to an extra pathway for the electrical impulses to travel from the atria to the ventricles.

The electrical device is a pace maker.
third degree heart block
Heart block is the term meaning interruption of electrical impulses in the heart's conduction system.
The SA node begins the heartbeat and is sometimes referred to as the heart's pacemaker. The AV node are where the electrical impulses are delayed for 0.1 second before spreading to both ventricles and causing them to contract.
Depolarization of ventricles

Bundle of Hisatrioventicular bundle (bundle of his), right and left bundle bramches and the purkinge conducition fibers
The electrical impulse reaches all the muscle tissue in the ventricles, and the ventricles contract. This electrical conduction pattern occurs approx. every 0.8 seconds.
