What are the products of cellular respiration including glycolysis?
The main product is ATP, which is formed when glucose is broken apart in glycolysis. The C-H bonds contain chemical energy which is used in an electron transport mechanism to attach it to AMP molecules, using oxygen as a catalyst. This is called oxidative phosphorylation. Byproducts (wastes) of glycolysis are CO2 and H2O molecules.

ATP in glycolysis?
Glycolysis generates molecules of ATP through substrate phosphorylation. This is catalyzed by two enzymes:phosphoglycerate kinase and pyvurate kinase. Usually in organisms when energy is intentionally produced it is stored in ATP,just like it does with glycolysis and cellular respiration (there are some protozoa that contain glycosomes.)
