How can you buy something that you don't even know exists?? When personal computers were first invented, despite there potential usefulness, most customer didn't know it and it was seen as an unsought product. The same happened during early launch of Creative Zen . People were so used to buying Apple iPods that people didn't even know that Creative Zen had new MP3 launched in the markets.
