It is one of many, many exceptions to the octet rule. Hydrogen does NOT require 8 electrons.

Just adapt the formula for density to find the mass of an object. After adapting it, it should be like this: Volume*Density=Mass
It is necessary to specify a lubricant; densities are very variable - as a rule approx. 0,9 g/cm3.
As a rule, nothing. There are exceptions to the rule if you are a blood descendant or surviving spouse and were not named in the will, among a few other exceptions.
No but apples do!
Cotton wool has a very low density and has thousands of pockets to trap air in. Because of this, cotton wool is a good insulator, but there are others that are better. As a rule of thumb, the lower the density, the better the insulator. There are virtually no exceptions to this.
Boron is one. It exceeds the octet rule.
There were always exceptions to the rule.
Not EVERY rule, but most of them. Hence the saying, 'the exception that proves the rule.'

“A seller cannot convey a better title to the buyer than he himself has.” Discuss the exceptions to this rule.
The matter is generally expressed this way: "Almost every general rule has it's exceptions." However, there is always an exception to this rule. Some say that sons are always taller than their mothers, but I'm sure there must be exceptions to this rule.
Venus, Uranus and Pluto are exceptions.
That is a general rule, but there are exceptions to virtually every rule. It would be better to avoid such commas.
