It's a shame that more people can't communicate, but shyness, lack of education, no confidence in themselves, and or in the people they are talking to. Sometimes in life we are effected by our childhoods and because of that, some people never learned to communicate and because they never learned the art of communication they could have marriages that fail because they can't talk to their spouses without hollering and raging on like a bull. Even in a job interview if you are a poor communicator, you won't get all the benefits that someone with good communication skills might get.
