Fuel of some sort (doesn't need to be an element)

You need Oxygen.

A spark or heat source.

That is all you need for fire. Think of the reaction

2H2 + O2 -----> 2 H2O That creates a huge ball of fire all you need is a spark, the fuel (in this case H2 and oxygen.
