The hazard is electric shock, flasover, short circuit, fatality. Care should taken to use right tool for roght application. The tool must sutably insulted. The person using the tool must be qualified and trained to do the said job.
If you are working from a generator and many tools are used at the same time, voltage will drop.
You can work faster and with more efficiency using them.

Then the starting part is identify the risk, then identify the possible hazards, then come up with ways to prevent these hazards.
