Nursing education is very important in nursing. The level of nursing education you achieve will directly impact your earnings and ability to move forward in the field. Depending upon a persons situation they can realistically enter the field with 2 years of education (or even less). And then plan on continuing education at The Bachelor and masters level while working in the field. The everyday demands of work, home life and higher education do not make this an easy path but certainly one that has been followed by many and can lead to a rewarding career.

So education is vital to a nurse but it is a field that allows the candidate to achieve almost any level of education and offer legitimate work in that field that matches their education.
