I had six years of French so here goes. the title means Blue Hour or Blue Time. Blue could refer to something like ( love is Blue) which is a different song by Paul Mauriat ( it is Mauriat not Marat) This was a popular late-sixties instrumental on the Philips Label. the album version had an unusual picture of a tattooed or (painted) woman - some said it was Catherine Deneuve, and the title Blooming Hits. My Mother, a nurse, found the album cover somewhat disturbing ( she said that"s that painted lady, I HOPE it"s makeup! )
