To actually answer your question... You can try Sparknotes or Cliffnotes.. Dont know if they have it.. they have very few books though and they are mostly classics. If not then i have no idea.. The climax is when she has to move back on the streets. The falling action is when she noticed who her real friends are. The resolution is she noticed what she did wrong, and fixed them.

In the book "Hope Was Here," the climax occurs when protagonist Hope confronts her absentee mother and finally finds a sense of closure. The falling action involves Hope deciding to stay in Mulhoney and focus on her own happiness and growth, rather than worrying about her past.
