There eight notes in an octave, and it depends on what key you are in as to what exact notes you have, like in the key of D flat you have: d flat, e flat, f, g flat, a flat, b flat, c, then back to d flat.

Well, it's sort of impossible to answer this question. An octave is simply eight consecutive notes- for example from C to C, E flat to E flat, or D sharp to Dsharp. The note order will vary, and the value can be however long you like. It's an interval, not a specific set of notes.

The notes will depend on your starting point. For example if you are starting on D, then the next octive will begin on your next D. The notes in this octive would be D-C.
