A C# major scale has seven sharps: C#, D#, E#, F#, G#, A#, B#, C#. there are no sharps or flats between B and C , or E and F so it remains a mystery.
It is basically the C major scale but you just put a sharp after every note.
The D Major scale has two sharps, F and C. The notes in this scale are D, E F sharp, G, A, B, C sharp, D.

That would be either A major or F# minor.
