Are you speaking of "hated" (a very harsh word) by other citizens or by the multi-ethnic presidency? A number of countries have presidents but only the U.S. has had a multi-ethnic president. Since he was voted into office by a majority of its white citizens, there is no reason to think other minorities would be treated any differently. The U.S. is a homogeneous society.
