Cornell isn't as hard as Harvard, but it is very selective. Percent of Applicants admitted is about 18% where are Harvard is 7%.

From 4.0 GPA scale, your GPA should be no less then 3.85. SAT 2300, ACT 33. They do not only look for your grades, but most often your extra curriculum such as sport, music, community service, etc.

If you have all these going for you already, and Cornell University is the choice of your school, do try to submit your application for early registration.

Don't let the tuition scare you off, often it is free to those who are accepted.

In general you must complete High School. It depends a great deal on which University. There are thousands, so you should read their catalog.

You should take the PSAT as a High School Junior as Scholarship money is attached to the test. As a Senior in High School , you should take either the SAT or the ACE as your score on these tests is a estimate of your ability to do College level academic work. You should do your homework in High School so that you have good grades as these are another indication of your expected success in college. Perhaps you could also take the Military VOCAB test as this test looks for interest areas. Do you working with cars, beading bracelets, or solving math problems and writing histiry reports?

Good Luck!!

Requirements for admission depend on the desired area of study and the degree you're pursuing. Requirements for a bachelor degree in Hotel Administration are very different from those for Engineering or Architecture.
