Stay out of debris path.1 Tsunamis strike 2 times when it comes in and when it goes out so be aware of the flow of water and the debris. Don't freak out! Keep your mind in the right state. Do not go anywhere near the beach or into buildings near the beach. Even if you see just a small tsunami, leave immediately. Tsunami waves grow bigger and continue to hit, so the next giant wave may be on the way. Go up a hill or to a higher area of your town or city. If you are trapped, find a high and strong building and climb to the top of it. You might even have to sit on its roof. Leave your things. Your life is more important than toys, books, school supplies, and other things. Leave them behind and get to safety. Stay away for several hours. A tsunami can continue to hit the shore for many hours, so the danger may not be over for a while. Do not return to the area until you get an "all clear" message from emergency services. A good safety measure is when you get a warning to head for higher ground ASAP. Also to a stronger building which is higher would be good. Have an emergency kit with food water and a plan what to do if something goes wrong.
The very first steps to be taken, when notified or grasping, that you are subjected to a tsunami, is toward higher ground.
1. a long, high wave is caused by an undersea earthquake
2. water displaced in an outward and upward patter (bulge) in all different directions
3. waves travel 10x fasterr :)
Run to the highest possible point away from the sea.
people must be aware of tsunami and they must shift to a place where it is safety.
There are three stages of tsunamis and they are:
1. Generation
2. Propagation
3. Run-up
tsunamis save lives for 999,999,999 people
May god bless you.
