Sperm cells is created in the male's testicles and when ready, the sperm will travel up the vas deferens toward the tip of the penis. When the male ejaculates, the sperm cells will go down the female's vagina throught the cervix and enter an ova. This would make the egg fertilized and then the ova would stick to the wall of the uterus and starts to grow. It grows from ova to embryo to fetus. And Nine months later, You have a baby :)
