You can do it a few ways. On the Insert tab there is a tables group. If you open that, it shows a grid on which you can select a table with 2 rows and 5 columns. You can also choose the Insert Table option and choose the amount of rows and columns you want. You can also use the draw option to draw a table with 2 rows and 5 columns.

At the top of the word window, you will see an icon that looks like a table. Hover over the icons to find the description of the right one.

Once over the icon, click and drag using the left mouse button. The table will expand until you reach 5 x 10. let go the left mouse button and the table will be inserted.

You can alsways add or delete further columns and rows later by using edit.
