It sounds like you are asking about current, voltage, and resistance - which are related by Ohms law. There are, however other electrical quantities such as charge, inductance and capacitance.

The basic measurement units in the SI system are:

  • kilogram (mass)
  • meter (distance)
  • second (time)
  • ampere (electric current)
  • kelvin temperature)
  • mole (amount of chemical substance)
  • candela (luminous intensity)

However, there is not really a set of fundamental list since it is always possible to define ome other unit as fundamental and then derive one of the abve from the new list. For example, one could define density as a fundamental - instead of mass - and then define mass as density times volume or density*distance-cubed.

What are the three electrical quantities?

Voltage , voltsCurrent , amperesResistance, ohmsAnswer There are numerous electrical quantities, not just three. They include, current, charge, voltage, resistance, inductance, capacitance, frequency, power, energy, reactance, impedance, admittance, susceptance, conductance, permeability, permittivity, resistivity, conductivity, etc. For basic definitions of dimensions in physics, it is normal to take mass, length, time and charge (MLTQ); or mass, length, time and current (MLTI). Thus only one extra physical dimension is needed to extend normal mechanical space to include electrical quantities.

What are a basic fundemental quantities?

The basic fundamental quantities in physics are related to energy. They are mass m; charge e; and distance r and speed c. Three fundamental constants relate these fundamental quantities; G the gravitational constant; c the speed of light and z the free space impedance. These quantities and constants are related in the fundamental energy of mass and charge:mass Energy Em = -GmM/r + mcV and charge Energy Ec = -zce^2/4pi r + mcV

What are the three electrical guantities?

The three electrical quantities are current voltage and resistance. Current is measured in amperes (A) and is the rate at which electricity flows through a conductor. Voltage is measured in volts (V) and is the electrical force pushing the current through the conductor. Resistance is measured in ohms () and is the opposition to the flow of current. Current - measured in amperes (A) Voltage - measured in volts (V) Resistance - measured in ohms ()
