Not sure what you mean by 'types of speech' but probably the paragraph is a mess! Usually verbs tenses, pronouns etc are consistent within a paragraph but this is can vary according to what kind of writing you are doing

Ask your teacher to explain paragraphs. You can also check the index and table of contents in your English book, find the section on paragraphs, and read it. If you don't know what an index and table of contents are, or don't know how to use them, ask your teacher to explain it to you. Teachers are there to help you learn. If you don't understand something, don't be afraid to ask for help.
