In males, the testes produce sperm cells. The female gametes, ova, are formed in the ovaries. Whereas the testes produce the male gamete from puberty onwards, girls are born with all their ova, which develop as they pass through the ages of puberty.

Sperm is NOT mixed with blood. there is DNA but not blood. it can carry std's and especially HIV because it is a bodily fluid. The cowpers gland is the gland that produces the other fluid with the sperm.
The male's testicles, produce sperm and are located in the scrotum, an external sac that hangs between the legs.
Testicles produce sperm. The prostate gland produces the semen fluid that helps nourish sperm. See a doctor for an exam to see if your prostate gland ducts are blocked.
Sperm are produced in the male testicle (testis). Sperm cells are only the smallest part of the fluid that is ejaculated. The fluids from various glands (seminal vesicles, prostate, and Cowper's gland) are added to the sperm as the sperm are ejaculated.
The Prostate Gland secretes an alkaline fluid that helps the sperm live longer in the relatively acidic environment in the vagina. This helps neutralize the environment and allow the sperm to function and maximum capacity.
The prostate is the major one but the bulbourethral glands also secrete some components.
The seminal vesicle contains a sugary substance that gives the sperm energy and the Prostate gland provides alkaline fluid which helps protect the sperm from the acidity of the vagina
the seminal vesicles, prostate gland, and the bulbo-urethral glands (known as 'Cowper's glands').
